EchtZeit stands for... good fellowship, having fun together, getting to know Godd better and praising Him

Our goal is to... to grow in faith together, to challenge and support each other

Echtzeit is... a place where you can come as you are!

WHERE AND WHEN?

EchtZeit is the youth ministry of Calvary Chapel Freiburg. We meet every Friday in Heimathafen. Together we learn how the Bible influences our everyday lives, eat, play, sing, dance together and so much more. The majority of our group is between 13 and 20 years old. Sounds exciting? Then come and join us.

When? Every Friday (except during the holidays) at 6:30 pm

Where? Löwenstraße 3-7, Heimathafen

What? Fellowship - fun - input - food - games - music - and much more

Why? Because awesome

GOAL OF ECHTZEIT

As part of the youth ministry, we want to help encourage teenagers to live a life for the glory of God, love the church and serve the city. We desire a spiritual unity as a church and want to live out a close relationship between the youth and the church leadership. We also want to provide a setting where good fellowship and friendships can develop with Jesus at the center.

We want to hear God's word, apply it to our lives and put it into practice. We believe that the Bible can still be applied to our everyday lives today and that God can and wants to change us in our innermost being through it. Therefore, we want to allow the Bible to work in our lives.

We want to respond appropriately to what we read in the Bible. Through our input we want to help each other grow and mature in our relationship with God. This relationship with God has the greatest potential to change our lives and is therefore of the utmost importance.

OUT

Through the relationship we have with God, we are not only changed inwardly, the change goes beyond our inner self and also becomes visible to others. Specifically, we want to start activities in which we serve other people. Be it in the community or beyond, in order to pass on God's love to them and to grow through these challenges ourselves.
